About The Museum Of The Future Dubai

Explore the future at Dubai's most amazing landmark. The Museum of the Future is not just a museum; it is a time machine that takes you to 2071. This is an architectural gem shaped like a torus, adorned with Arabic calligraphy that illuminates the Dubai skyline.

There are five levels of the future where you can explore various aspects of humanity's future, from space settlers to environmental restorers. You will get to experience the latest technology, be immersed in virtual realities and see innovations that feel like they've been pulled from the pages of a sci-fi novel.

The museum opened in February 2022 and has quickly established itself as Dubai's number one attraction. It tells stories in unique ways through art, science, and technology, inspiring visitors of all ages. If you're a fan of technology, care about the environment, or simply want to know what the future holds, your imagination will be sparked.

Expect to spend 2-3 hours at the museum, but many visitors stay longer. Whereas most exhibitions you might attend would have you simply polish the glass or peer from a distance as a spectator, the exhibitions at the Museum of the Future encourage you to be part of the action, because your choices shape the story. You leave with a new vision of what you imagined before you came.

Things To Know Before Booking Your Museum Of The Future Dubai Tickets

Planning will help ensure you have the best possible experience at the Museum of the Future. Begin the booking process at least two weeks before your visit date. Because the Museum is incredibly popular, last-minute availability is unlikely, especially for weekends.

The ticket itself includes a time slot for arriving at the museum. Standard admission to the Centre for the Book requires you to arrive within 30 minutes of your booked time. If you miss your booked time, we may not allow you to enter (depending on capacity).

The Pioneer Pass allows you to arrive at any time within a live day, meaning you can book without worrying about keeping to a very tight schedule.

Think about the following when booking:

  • Peak season (December-February) - tickets often sell out weeks in advance
  • Weekday mornings are typically a quieter experience
  • School holidays often have the most families in attendance
  • Special exhibitions (pop-up exhibitions) can sometimes require purchasing separate tickets
  • Any booking for 20 or more requires you to contact us directly
  • Corporate events can (at times) affect public visiting.

Please note that all tickets purchased are non-refundable. Ticket types can often require date changes by up to 24 hours before your visit - this applies to all ticket types (including promotional). If you think you need to change your plans, purchase travel insurance.

You can pay by credit card, debit card or any digital wallet. The booking system uses security encryption to protect your information. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your purchase, which will include a QR code for admission.
